Today I went swimming with my fellow UPIS alumna and family friend, ate Nikki.
Yaay! I love swimming and it’s definitely the best sport ever. Why??? Swimming is a very very good way to lose weight and tone your muscles. I used to swim twice a week last sem, and i think my body’s pretty much toned (except sa legs ko na mukha daw pata sabi ng kuya ko). Ha ha! You also get the opportunity to see hot guys in Speedo trunks. Double ha ha! Actually may pa-cute guy na daan ng daan sa harap namin, tho cute siya kebs lang kami ni ate. Nakabantay kasi parents namin, sayang! Triple ha ha!
So after that, we had our lunch at chowking. I ate a bowl of yummy lomi, just the best food to fill my hungry tummy. :) Ang dami kong kinakain lately and im happy bout that, yun nga lang dapat magsimula na ulit ako mag jogging. Yay to a healthier kaye!
