Our Psy1 class went to this spiritual university in Tagaytay for our field trip. I really thought na hindi ako mag-eenjoy, but I was sooo wrong. I learned lots of things from the facilitators, especially kay Sister Salud.
  • Thoughts lead to destiny.
  • I must not dwell on waste thoughts.
  • It’s really up to us whether we live with peace or chain ourselves to the bitterness and grudges of the past.
  • I have the power to think what I want, no matter what the circumstance.
  • The power of positive thinking
  • My self-worth

Its hard to put them into words. But after nung meditation, ang gaan-gaan talaga ng feeling ko. Nakapag share din pala ako ng positive traits ko, and natanggap ko rin yung mga positive traits nila.

I am now a peaceful soul. Om Shanti!
