focus

I'm suppose to jog like thrice a week and do 'bout 300 crunches every night. Yung diet ganun pa rin. Kaso Pop's really busy these days, eh siya pa naman trainer ko plus I can't go out alone, kaya minsan once a week na lang. Sometimes nate-tempt akong mag dinner because of my mom's cooking. oh my dawg.

but yee.. I'm back. so I measured how much calories yung na-consume ko ngayon, tada.. 264 calories only and uhmm.. nakapag burn ako ng 3175 calories kanina.

gumawa na rin ako ng account sa Fitday so that namo-monitor ko yung sarili ko plus I'm planning to buy a bathroom scale. every week kasi nakakapag lose ako ng around 2 kg, eh para ma reach ko yung target weight ko sa target date, dapat 4 kg a week. Oh noes.. gotta focus focus focus.

I'm starting to like myself for the first time in my life.
