December 24 - spent the whole day cleaning the house, cooking and non-stop kwentuhan with my parents (absentee little brother). I sometimes feel (and wish!) that I’m an only child. I’m not comfortable when he’s around. I don’t hate him, just that I don’t like his ways.

After the wonderful dinner Nyao prepared, the four of us went to church. My brother joined his friends and the church people, so kami nalang ulit. I hate being in church, I hate the teens who go there just to look for potential bfs/gfs, I hate the kids who go there just to play around, I hate people who go to church para lang masabing nagsimba sila, etc. Church is place for worship you know…

After the mass, my parents and I decided to go to Tito Greg’s house. While waiting for my cousin Che, they (Tito, ate Haze and Pop) made me drink Mojitos. Ha ha.. nasobrahan ako sa salt! We went home around 11:30pm, just in time for Noche Buena.

December 25 – the Usual Christmas; went to Antonio’s for the Annual gift giving and Christmas Lunch. Riot na naman! Then we went to Tito Denis’ place for the Annual Christmas Family Reunion. Boring nung simula, I helped Enchon with his chores, Adrian’s new girlfriend was there too (she’s lucky hindi pa dumadating mga manlalait sa kanya!). Then my cousins arrived with their respective boyfriends. Kwentuhan and kainan mostly ang nangyari sa mga girls, yung mga boys andun inuman. Bwahaha.

So there…

Two days ‘till Christmas and still can’t feel the season’s spirit.

Is it just me or Christmas is just not as exciting like it was before? I already did my Christmas Shopping, bought more clothes than before, bought gifts for special people but still NOT HAPPY.

Is it because I’m worrying too much? I worry about the things that I’m not supposed to. I’m scared of uncertainties that loom. Come back innocent days!

I’ll be spending the Christmas break reading my Hum1 hand-outs (150 pages) and will try to review for my Exams on January. What a way to start ’08!

Nyao wants to have ‘comfort’ foods for our Noche Buena. Define comfort! She wants Chocolate pound cake, Purple Yam, Leche Flan, burgers, Carbonara, Chicken Relleno, etc. But Kaye wants Tanigue and Shrimps!

‘A pleasure to the lips adds pounds to the hips’

It's pig out season so make the most of it!

There are many things to write about… just too lazy to update this rotten blog.

Na discover ko na masaya pala i-beat ang curfew lalo na kung tumambay kayo sa C-park and nag stroll sa campus and kung magaling kayo pumuslit kay Manong guard. Hahaha.

Happy Holidays!

Tuesday, December 04, 2007 • entering a threshold

It's my 18th tomorrow. I dunno... weird. had an outpour of emotions a while ago. ha ha Anyway, the greatest gift I can give myself on this special day is my family. So yeah, I'm going home tomorrow cos I effin don't wanna spend it here sleeping.

I asked my roomie, Dan about the perks of being an adult. We came up with only two... freedom and legality. Still don't want to be an adult (I'm the kiddy kaye right?!) Ugh.. for me being an adult is a responsibility. (don't wanna elaborate...)

So I'll see you guys on my birthday celebration/s (I have three, I think?) !
